Report: Executive Summary or Intro?

Hi there,

I am trying to understand what is a better practice for a report in cp3. During the tutorial I saw that there was a short intro but no headings. In one of the xassignements there was an executive summary. However I saw in X2 that an introduction existed. Which one is better ? I am asking because conceptually for cp3 an introduction is a better fit.

Thanks
D

Hi. There is no single correct way to write a report. It depends on your audience and the messages you are trying to convey. It's up to you.

If we want to use an exec summary, do we miss out the intro, and put our signposting within the exec summary?
