developing claims

    In 2010 Specimen exam question 7, the solution they don't develop the claims using the Annual Ultimate Projected Claims table given in the question.

    Why is that?

    Jonathan,
    they did developed but didn't show. you can see values in first table in solution is ultimate... i.e. developed claims/dev%
    e.g. for AY 2007 - Damage section, 42/1.05+35/.95=76.8~77
