Hi, I will be attempting the CT1 and CT7 papers from the Indian profession this May.
Any pointers on how to prepare for both the papers together?
    Thanks in advance.

Study twice as hard as if you were doing one!!

Can you please give a rough distribution of weightage for both subjects?

    Hi,
I think it depends on how difficult you find each course - it's good to concentrate on your weak areas.
General guidance from the IFoA doesn't differentiate but based on course size alone then you might want to spend a little more time on CT7, say a 40:60 split - but please realise that this is very subjective. Perhaps the real key is to start studying early (4 months ago) and give yourself enough time to get to know both subjects - so you can then make the decision yourself based on your own experiences.
    Good luck!

Thank you the input. But as is the case invariably, I'm a bit late.
