I'm having some problems. I haven't done exams since 2006 and back then my routine was to eat 2-3 rolls of Refreshers just before/during the exam. It was almost definitely placebo but I would be buzzing throughout. I tried this on Monday with the CT1 exam and to my dismay they've replaced the good old toxic luminous Refreshers with some chalky natural rubbish. Most disappointing. Does anybody have some good ideas for super-sugary exam sweets? Nothing too chewy or long-lasting, I value my life too much to risk annoying actuarial students during an exam...
Modern sweets are rubbish. What about making up a batch of http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1139650/scottish-tablet or http://recipewise.co.uk/kendal-mint-cake-recipe
You could switch over to chewing bubble gum....apparently chewing the same brand during studying and examinations increases recall...havent tried it though...will probably try it in april!
