Hi all, Im a little confused as in the CMP it states when the value of less than 28 H_0 is not rejected. i would have then used P(X>=28 when X-exp(1/20) for the probability of the type I error , but it uses P(X>28 when X-exp(1/20)) i thought there must be a reason for this, so have applied the same to Q6 in september 2017 "Reject the null hypothesis if seven or more cups are correctly identified; conclude that the individual can tell the difference" so used P(X>7 when X-Bin (10,0.5)) but ended up getting the question wrong as the equality should have been X>=7. It does make sense that it would be X>=7, but this is inconsistent with what was done in the CMP. So now im wondering if im missing something, or if this is an error in the CMP. Can someone help? Thanks Molly
