    How the choice of distribution channel can affect contract pricing ?

    The choice of distribution channel will likely vary by cost. For example, selling insurance via the internet could be cheaper than employing a salesman to sell insurance on the doorstop.

    This cost will need to reflected in the premium the insurance company will charge.
