Why in AM92 table l[x] < l[x-1]+1 < lx in case of all ages?
I expected to be the other way round.

There isn't really a reason to expect the l values to be any way round particularly, it's not important. The l values are just an index for calculating probabilities. But we can make sense of it mathematically if we really want to...

Consider 3 different probabilities
10p40 < 10p[39]+1 < 10p[40]
It is the life that has "just had their medical" who has the best health and hence greatest chance of survival, followed by the life who had their medical 1 year ago, followed by the life who had a medical at least 2 years ago (or never had one). Now think about where these numbers come from:
l50 / l40 < l50 / l[39]+1 < l50 / l[40]
The l50 on the numerator is the same number in all 3 cases. So, it must follow that
l40 > l[39]+1 > l[40]
