So, shall we use UK system or Indian(like use of RBI , SBI Banks etc).......?????????

What is examinable from Core Reading are the application of the concepts. So the system really doesn't matter. For example, if the question asks you to explain the features of the Federal Reserve (the central banking system of the U.S),the points in the core reading still hold true but you do need to tweak your answers just a little bit.
