Despatch charges

Charges are set out in the table below and must be added to the cost of the materials in order to calculate the total amount to be paid. The despatch charge is on a per-copy basis, but we will reduce the charge by £9 (for orders despatched to Ireland & South Africa), £10 (Europe), or £12 (rest of the world) for each additional item of study materials ordered after the first (with a minimum total charge of zero). For example, if you live in Ireland and you order the CT6 CMP and ASET, the despatch charge will be £13 + £9 – £9 = £13.

Items are usually sent by courier except for smaller items sent to the UK and Ireland, which are sent via contract post or airmail. Students based in non-EU countries may incur import tax on delivery of materials. All charges levied by the customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and not ActEd.

(a) Despatch charges do not apply to CMP eBooks in these subjects.

(b) Overseas students ordering the CMP eBooks in these subjects will have despatch charges added to cover postage of the required textbooks.  For CT7 these despatch charges will be as shown in the textbooks line of the table and for ST6 and ST9 the despatch charges will be as shown in the ASET line of the table.   These despatch charges only apply if you order the CMP eBook as a standalone product.  There are no additional despatch charges for these CMP eBooks if you order them as an addition to the same paper eCMP.
