Despatch charges

We will add a despatch charge for all materials posted to an address outside of the UK and South Africa. Charges are set out in the table below and must be added to the cost of the materials in order to calculate the total amount to be paid. The despatch charge is on a per-copy basis, but we will reduce the charge by £8 (for orders despatched to Ireland), £10 (Europe), or £12 (rest of the world) for each additional item of study materials ordered after the first (with a minimum total charge of zero). For example, if you live in Ireland and you order the CT6 CMP and ASET, the despatch charge will be £11 + £6 - £8 = £9.

Items are usually sent by courier except smaller items sent to the UK and Ireland, which are sent via contract post or airmail. Students based in non-EU countries may incur import tax on delivery of materials. All charges levied by the customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and not ActEd.

Please note that different despatch charges apply for reduced-rate materials.
