New Recruits

Detailed below is a range of ActEd's products for new recruits, to make the transition to studying for the actuarial exams as smooth as possible.

1. Induction Courses: an ideal introduction to some of the early CT Subjects. Students may attend a public course, or we can arrange an in-house course if you prefer.
2. Foundation Actuarial Course (FAC): designed to help students improve their mathematical skills in preparation for the CT subjects.
3. Stats Pack: available for graduates without a statistical background who are likely to struggle with Subject CT3.
4. Stats Refresher: an online course primarily for students who are exempt from Subject CT3, to remind them about the techniques required for the CT subjects. This is particularly useful for those who may be studying Subjects CT4 and CT6 without having previously taken CT3.
